These companies are Fenice Srl and TBS Crew Srl, which were actually fined by the antimonopoly office. The first with a fine of 400 thousand euros and the second with 675 thousand euros. Balocco SpA Industria Dolciaria was also fined 420,000 euros.

The product of the mismatch is Pandoro Pink Christmas, complete with Ferragni’s trademark long-brow eye logo. Its price was more than 9 eurosWhile the non-Chiara Ferragni designer version costs just €3.70.

Already in the press release, according to the antitrust authority, there would be misleading information for consumers about this initiative announced in May 2022 and launched in November a year ago.
