When I’m on any diet to get back in shape, I always include this recipe in my diet, it’s quick to prepare and you’ll see how delicious it is. Here are the ingredients you will need to prepare the dish in question:

2 onions,

2 eggs,

a pinch of parsley,

half a spoonful of sweet paprika at your discretion.

Pour the egg into the onion and you’re good to go for lunch

We immediately take the egg and pour the contents into a sufficiently large bowl, then beat them vigorously with a hand beater. The goal is to foam the eggs and then we can add parsley and finely chopped onion before cooking. Transfer the mixture to a pan preheated to a drop of oil, close it with its lid. We flip here and there and the light omelette is soon served… but it doesn’t end there.

To make our omelet tastier, I advise you to take the yolks and beat them together like cream. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix everything with a spatula from the bottom up and gradually add the onion and parsley. Pour the contents into the pan and close with a lid, preferably a transparent one, to check the cooking status. Turn from side to side and always cook with the lid closed. An onion omelet that is made exclusively with a little oil will be softer and incredibly tasty, and you will not be able to do without it.
