In this recipe, we prepare the ravioli dough, filling and spices together. For the filling I chose a very simple spitz, ricotta and super fibrous provolum, but you can choose whatever you want. For seasoning, however, the classic pizzaiola sauce, very simple but very tasty. Of course, you can enrich the recipe to your liking by adding ingredients such as black olives, capers or peppers in oil for an extra touch of flavor.

200 g of skewers

2 cloves of garlic

Basil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper as needed

How to prepare ravioli alla pizzaiola

To make this absolutely delicious dish, start by making the ravioli dough by mixing flour, eggs, egg yolk and salt. Knead well until you get a smooth and elastic dough. Wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
