At home, you can prepare simple cleaning and cleansing mixtures that can restore your skin to a fresh and healthy appearance. This oat peeling, for example: take two spoons of oatmeal and mix it with a spoon of honey and half a spoon of lemon juice. Apply the mixture to the face, being careful to insist on the most critical areas, the chin and nose, and rinse with warm water. Alternatively, apply some aloe vera to your face. Aloe has astringent properties that help control sebum production.

If you have a little time, you can resort to some nice ones tightening and cleansing mask. There are several “recipes” useful for this purpose. For example, strawberry mask: crush two or three strawberries in a bowl and mix them with two spoons of honey, two egg whites and a spoonful of lemon juice. Apply a thin layer to the face, leave for a few minutes and rinse with warm water.

Before applying any mask, do not forget that the skin on the face must be very clean without makeup residue. And that after the mask it is always a good practice to finish the job with applications and tonic, even better if it’s organic (as an alternative to tonic, you can always dilute a few drops of lemon or vinegar in water).

Or you can choose a beautiful one yogurt mask: half a glass of white yogurt and half a glass of honey is enough. Mix both ingredients and spread the mixture on your face and leave it on for a quarter of an hour. Then gently remove, perhaps with a sponge, and rinse with warm water.

Apply at the end of normal washing juice of two lemons, gently massage the scalp and then rinse. Lemon adds shine to the hair and with its astringent properties can help restore sebum production.

It represents an alternative mint: crush a few leaves of fresh mint and cook them in a pot. When the resulting mixture cools down, add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Apply the mixture to the hair after shampooing, massage in and then rinse thoroughly.

Dry or brittle hair

Another traditional remedy is chewing parsley leaves or coffee beans after a meal, or in rubbing the teeth and gums with sage leaves.
