Today we want to offer you a really tasty and easy-to-implement idea on how to use the properties of the persimmon and at the same time start thinking about a breakfast with a typically autumn taste and color. Yes, because as soon as the heat subsides, with fresh first courses, you will feel the desire for something other than yogurt, fresh fruit or a smoothie. So that you don’t fall into the usual habit of just having a cup of hot coffee or tea with classic bread and jam, we offer you this persimmon mousse.


  • 1 ripe persimmon
  • 1 pinch of organic vanilla
  • 1 square of dark chocolate


Remove the skin from the persimmon and blend the pulp with a pinch of organic vanilla; a foam will form, to which you add half of the chopped chocolate. Put the obtained in a mug and sprinkle with the rest of the chopped chocolate or, if you like, cut into curls.
